Navigating the Danger Zone in Secure Privacy: Account Reset and Deletion

The Secure Privacy Danger Zone contains critical actions that can significantly impact your account. It's important to understand these actions and their implications before proceeding. This article will guide you through the process of account reset and account deletion.

Before proceeding with any action in the Danger Zone, carefully consider the implications and ensure that it aligns with your requirements. We recommend reviewing your settings and data before resetting or deleting your account to avoid any unintended consequences.

Reset Account

- To reset your account, log in to your Secure Privacy account.

- Access the "Account" page and navigate to the "Danger Zone" tab.

- Under the "Reset account" section, review the following options to choose from:

    - Reset all templates: This option will reset all templates in your account, removing any customizations made to them.

    - Reset all designs: This option will reset all designs in your account, reverting them to default settings.

    - Reset all templates, designs, and other settings: This comprehensive option will reset all templates, designs, and other settings, providing a clean slate for your account.


- Please carefully consider the implications of each option before making your selection. 

- Keep in mind that resetting the account will overwrite the selected scope of settings in your account.

- Domains already assigned to a template will remain assigned to the new and updated templates.

Delete Account

- To cancel your account, log in to your Secure Privacy account.

- Access the "Account" page and navigate to the "Danger Zone" tab.

Please note that account deletion is a final action and cannot be reversed.

- Click the "Delete Account" button. You will be prompted to select a reason for deleting your account. Choose from the following options:

    - I encountered bugs and problems.

    - I do not know how to use the product.

    - Product is too expensive.

    - Other (Please specify).
