You can perform a website rescan from a different location in order to check and enable services/cookies in the privacy policy and cookie declaration. 

Currently, 2 locations are supported at the moment - EU and US.

To select a different scan location - 

1. Log into your account, find a domain to work with, then select the "Scan report" in the left sidebar.

2. Click the "Settings" tab.

3. Choose the required location from the dropdown.

4. Tap "Save" to apply the changes.

Note: switch to the "Scan report" tab and click "Rescan website" to start the scanning process using the new location.
