Start your Secure Privacy journey by creating your account on our sign-up page, conveniently accessible from our homepage.
Step 1 - Enter your domain and account information
Along with your domain and account details, we need some basic information about your business and the individual setting up the account.
Step 2 - Activate your email
Once your account details are submitted, head over to your email inbox to find an activation link from Secure Privacy. Be sure to check your spam folder, as it might occasionally end up there.
Clicking on this link will activate your account, opening the door to a world of enhanced privacy features and tools.
If you encounter any difficulties during activation, don't worry! The activation page offers options to update your email address or request a new activation link, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience.
After clicking the activation link in your email, your email address will be verified, and you'll be ready to log in and continue setting up Secure Privacy.
Step 3 - Choose your Secure Privacy Installation Method
To install Secure Privacy on your website, you'll need a unique script or domain ID. We offer several integration options to choose from, each with its own set of instructions. If you're unsure which method is best for your website, reach out to your website development team for guidance.
No matter which integration option you choose, we're here to help! Detailed instructions are available for each method, and our support team is always ready to assist you through the process. Just click on the integration option you've selected to access the relevant help articles and support resources.
Step 3 - Continue your journey with Secure Privacy Dashboard
Once you've decided on the integration option, copy the provided code or domain ID and add it to your website as instructed. Then, click "Test Installation" to confirm it's working correctly.
A notification will appear at the bottom left of your screen to let you know we're checking for the script on your website (shown below).
Even if the script isn't fully installed (e.g., not yet in the <head> tag), we'll still allow you to proceed with onboarding for your convenience.
While we finalize your setup, you'll see a loading screen.
Once everything is ready, you'll be automatically taken to your Secure Privacy Dashboard, where you can begin exploring and utilizing our privacy tools.
